Eurazeo has completed an additional closing for its Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund (ETIF), bringing its total commitments to €420 million ($448 million).
This closing added further diversification of the investor base, which includes global institutional investors, dedicated infrastructure allocations and SFDR Article 9 funds.
ETIF, classified as an Article 9 fund under the SFDR, has deployed capital consistently alongside its fundraising as it supports a growing portfolio of sustainable-transition infrastructure companies. In February, the fund invested in Etix Everywhere, a company focusing on regional edge colocation data centers in Europe. This investment joins the three existing assets in the portfolio: Ikaros Solar (a Belgian rooftop solar developer), Resource (a joint venture to build and operate a plastic waste-sorting plant in Denmark), and Electra (an electric vehicle-charging-point operator).
