Eurazeo has held a final close for its Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund (ETIF) after raising €706 million ($770 million) in aggregate commitments from institutional investors across North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and France.
The commitments surpasses the fund’s original €500 million ($545 million) target. ETIF’s portfolio is focused on delivering attractive, value-add returns to its investors while achieving carbon-net neutrality by 2040, investing in assets across the energy, digital, clean-transport and environmental sectors.
ETIF has built a portfolio of six transition infrastructure companies representing approximately 60 percent of the total capital raised, including in Karos Solar, a Belgian rooftop solar developer, and Electra, a Pan-European electric-vehicle, fast-charging operator.
