ESR has agreed to acquire 100 percent of Aquila Clean Energy APAC, a clean-energy platform that develops, owns and operates solar, battery storage and wind assets across the region, from Aquila Group.
Aquila Clean Energy APAC has a 1.6-gigawatt portfolio of operational, construction and advanced development assets in the key markets of Australia and New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. The platform complements ESR’s regional footprint and offers strong adjacencies with its logistics real estate and data center businesses.
