A partnership consisting of Equitix, Nuveen Infrastructure and The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG) has signed a new seven-year power-purchase agreement (PPA) with Ørsted for the Gode Wind 1 offshore wind farm in Germany.
Gode Wind 1 is located 50 kilometers (31 miles) from the Lower Saxony coast in the German North Sea. According to Ørsted, it has an overall capacity of 582 megawatts and has been operational since 2016. Ørsted has a 50 percent ownership share in the project.
