EnCap Energy Transition has announced two promotions on LinkedIn.
Preston Finkbeiner was promoted to director, and Austin Ritchie was named vice president.
Finkbeiner has been at EnCap since 2021. Before that, he was an associate – infrastructure and energy investment banking at Macquarie Group. Ritchie, who started at EnCap in 2022, was previously an investment banking associate at Intrepid Financial Partners.
