Quantica Infrastructure, a developer of integrated digital infrastructure combining power, fiber-conduit networks and data center campuses, sponsored by EnCap Investments, has sold a data center campus in Texas.
The planned development will serve artificial intelligence (AI), cloud and other hyperscale workloads. Quantica said it is supported by phased power delivery and located near major regional transmission infrastructure.
“Texas has long been a cornerstone of America’s energy economy,” said John Chesser, CEO of Quantica Infrastructure. “That same foundation now positions the region to support the next wave of hyperscale and AI infrastructure. Combined with Quantica’s approach to integrated campuses, this project provides the certainty data center customers need to deploy and scale.”
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
