Tony Stenning, a former BlackRock managing director, and Huw Price, a former executive director at Santander Asset Management, have joined Downing, a responsible investment manager based in London.
Stenning joins the firm as head of liquid alternatives, where he will assist with the overall growth of Downing. Stenning brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry to the role. He most recently served as CEO of Atlantic House Group and was at BlackRock for more than 17 years before that, where he was most recently the managing director of the U.K. retail business. At BlackRock, Stenning oversaw growth in assets under management from $17 billion to $150 billion.
