DigitalBridge Group and La Caisse (formerly CDPQ) have acquired Yondr Group, a global developer, owner and operator of hyperscale data centers, from Cathexis Holdings.
La Caisse is investing alongside investment vehicles managed by DigitalBridge and has assumed joint control of Yondr. Financial terms were not disclosed.
