Digital Realty has officially opened the latest facility in its portfolio of data centers, in Dublin, Ireland.
The Clonshaugh data center represents a €70 million ($79 million) investment and follows the company’s previous €200 million ($225 million) investment in the Dublin data center market last year, according to the company.
The Dublin data center follows the announcement of another deal closed this month for 1.35 acres of land in Sossenheim, Germany, on which Digital Realty plans to expand its digital capabilities in the region.
