DigiPlex to fund new data centers with $63m bond issuance

Nordic data center developer DigiPlex has raised NOK 655 million ($63 million) in a senior secured bond issuance, which it will use to finance the construction of two new data centers.

The settlement date is set for May 12 and an application will be made for the bonds to be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The bond will reach maturity in May 2023.

Placed among Nordic fixed income investors, the bond issue was substantially oversubscribed, according to DigiPlex.
