David Larocca has been appointed as the new Oceania CEO and regional managing partner at EY. Larocca will take over the reins from Tony Johnson, who has been CEO and Oceania regional managing partner since 2014.
Larocca became a partner in 2006 and took over as strategy and transactions managing partner in 2016. He has been a member of the EY Oceania executive leadership team for the past five years and has been an active member of several Asia Pacific and global leadership committees within EY.
Specializing in infrastructure, Larocca has more than 25 years of experience advising government and private sector clients on major infrastructure transactions in Australia, Asia and Europe. Prior to joining EY, Larocca held roles in the banking, corporate and professional services sectors.
