European Data Center operator DATA4 has opened its fourth data center campus in Madrid and three new centers in Paris and Milan, strengthening its foothold in southern Europe.
According to Data Economy, the company is making significant investments to expand its business throughout Europe.
DATA4 strategically locates its campuses in order to provide customers with a diversified connectivity network to major telecommunications routes, both on land and at sea.
“For DATA4, the deployment to southern Europe makes it possible to offer connectivity gateways to Africa, America and Asia,” said Olivier Micheli, president of the DATA4 Group. “Indeed, with the new submarine cables linking southern Europe to America, Africa and Asia, DATA4 is centrally located and at the crossroads of these essential business exchanges.”
