Cube Infrastructure Managers (Cube IM) has raised €150 million ($175 million) of co-investment commitments for its joint venture platform, CubIKS.
CubIKS was established by Cube Infrastructure Fund III in partnership with The Dillinger Group, a Germany-based developer, EPC and operator of renewable-energy plants.
The €150 million ($175 million) co-investment program was supported by Cube Infrastructure Fund III’s existing investors, which include Canadian pension funds and a Japanese institution who invested via a Cube IM–managed co-investment vehicle.
This brings the platform’s total equity commitments raised from its shareholders to €325 million ($380 million).
As Cube Infrastructure Fund III’s 13th platform investment, CubIKS was launched in first quarter 2025 as a buy-and-build energy transition platform that would seek organic growth to own a diversified portfolio of solar photovoltaic power plants mounted on ground and carport rooftops
