CS Wind will acquire Bladt Industries, a supplier to the growing offshore wind industry, from Nordic Capital for an undisclosed amount.
CS Wind is a global player specializing in wind turbine tower manufacturing. The new ownership will support Bladt Industries’ journey to become a specialized enabler of the global green transition.
During Nordic Capital’s ownership, Bladt Industries completed a companywide strategic pivot to focus solely on the growing offshore wind industry, thereby becoming a pure-play renewable-energy supplier.
