Connecticut state treasurer Shawn Wooden has selected Mozaic Capital Advisors as a preferred vendor to provide the Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds (CRPTF) with secondary advisory services.
Mozaic Capital is a full-service boutique firm advising institutional investors by strategically using the secondary market for divesting private equity, real estate and other alternative asset interests. The firm works with a wide array of investors, including public and private pension funds, financial institutions, endowments, foundations and family offices, according to Mozaic’s website.
“Mozaic is well positioned to offer guidance to the CRPTF in this area because they are exclusively focused on providing secondary advisory services to institutional investors,” said Wooden. “I expect we will utilize them to explore secondary buying or selling opportunities for the CRPTF’s infrastructure, private credit and real estate portfolios.”
