The Connecticut Investment Advisory Council of the Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds (CRPTF) has announced a commitment of up to $250 million to IFM Global Value-Add Infrastructure Fund, a vehicle managed by IFM Investors.

With a $2 billion fundraising target and a hard cap of approximately $3.8 billion, the closed-end fund will deploy capital to value-added infrastructure opportunities across the United States, Europe and Asia.

The CRPTF reported returns of 15.1 percent for fiscal year 2026, surpassing the assumed rate of return of 6.9 percent. As of May 13, the public pension fund had $62.7 billion in assets under management. As of March 31, CRPTF had $2.5 billion in total infrastructure assets against a 7 percent infrastructure allocation target.
