Carlton Power, an independent energy development company focused on developing gas-fired energy projects in the United Kingdom and Europe, has signed contracts with the U.K. government and Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) for three green hydrogen projects in the first phase of the government’s flagship hydrogen program, Hydrogen Allocation Round 1 (HAR1).
These contracts and the offtaker agreements for each scheme are key milestones for Carlton Power and its investment partner, Schroders Greencoat, to work toward final investment decisions for each scheme.
