Consor Holdings, a North American infrastructure engineering and consulting firm at the forefront of infrastructure modernization, has acquired Versa Infrastructure, a prominent, Texas-based program and construction management firm.
Versa has a strong track record of delivering complex surface transportation, aviation, flood protection and water infrastructure projects for its city, county, municipal and state clients. Consor said Versa’s deep expertise and resources are highly complementary to Consor’s existing services and expand the ability of both firms to offer integrated, full life-cycle infrastructure solutions to their clients across the region.
Versa is consistent with Consor’s strategy to build on its strong position in key markets and geographies.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
