Connor Teskey named CEO of Brookfield Asset Management

Connor Teskey has become the new CEO of Brookfield Asset Management, succeeding Bruce Flatt and concluding a four-year succession plan designed to stabilize the firm’s long-term future.

Flatt will remain chair of Brookfield’s board as well as CEO of parent company Brookfield Corp.

Teskey joined Brookfield in 2012 and has held a variety of investment and management roles during that time — most recently head of Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition group. He will retain this role and be responsible for investments and operations across a range of energy infrastructure investments.
