The fund was oversubscribed, exceeding its $500 million target and holding a single institutional closing process less than five months from launch.
Conifer secured commitments from a distinguished group of institutional investors, comprised exclusively of endowments, foundations, public pensions, insurance companies and family offices. The fund is further supported by a significant General Partner’s (GP) commitment, reflecting the team’s conviction in the opportunity set and strong alignment with its limited partners.
