Comstock Resources, an independent natural gas producer with operations focused on the development of the Haynesville Shale in North Louisiana and East Texas, has issued a private offering of $400 million of 6.75 percent senior unsecured notes.
Law firm O’Melveny advised Comstock on the private offering. The law firm also recently advised Comstock on a $100.5 million equity investment from its majority shareholder, Jerry Jones.
