Chris Knowles, the senior independent director of SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust, has purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the company at a price of £0.75 ($0.95) each on the London Stock Exchange. A person closely associated with Knowles, Julia Caroline Knowles Tait, also purchased 12,000 shares in the company at the same price.
