CenTrio and Tiger Energy Partners sign 30-year university modernization P3 in Louisiana

CenTrio and Tiger Energy Partners have signed a 30-year public-private partnership (P3) agreement to modernize utility systems at Louisiana State University’s main campus in Baton Rouge.

CenTrio will lead and finance the utility system modernization and operate and maintain LSU’s utility system for the next 30 years. CenTrio also will perform and fund additional capital improvements to the utility system, equipping LSU for future campus growth and addressing capital renewal and deferred maintenance.
