CBRE Investment Management appoints Dauren Dayembayev head of asset management, private infrastructure

CBRE Investment Management has announced Dauren Dayembayev has joined the firm as managing director, asset management, private infrastructure.

In this role, Dayembayev will lead the asset management team and, together with the broader investment team, will be responsible for securing portfolio company performance and driving value creation across CBRE IM’s private infrastructure portfolio through areas such as talent, operational excellence, digital and data, sustainability, and risk management.

Dayembayev, based in Toronto, will join the firm’s direct private infrastructure investment committee and report to Stephen Dowd, CIO – private infrastructure strategies.
