CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has appointed Kerron Lezama as a senior director in the firm’s private infrastructure team.
Lezama joins the firm from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, where he was managing director in the infrastructure and natural resources team. He was responsible for origination and asset management of infrastructure investments across EMEA, with a focus on regulated and unregulated utilities and transport. He also spent more than 11 years at Evercore, advising on high-profile deals within the infrastructure sector.
Based in London, Kerron will report to Andreas Köttering, head of Europe private infrastructure, and will be responsible for sourcing and executing direct equity investments, as well as supporting the development of infrastructure investment strategies. He will play a leading role in all aspects of the investment process and will be involved in the asset management of the firms’ portfolio companies.
