Cantor Fitzgerald, an organization specializing in financial services, investment banking, and asset management for institutional and high-net-worth clients, is setting up a new fund focused on digital transformation, decarbonization and the enhancement of aging infrastructure assets.
Cantor Fitzgerald Sustainable Infrastructure Fund is an interval fund that will strategically invest in a portfolio of private institutional infrastructure investment funds and public infrastructure securities. A fundraising target was not disclosed.
Capital Innovations, a manager of real assets investment solutions, will serve as sub-adviser to the fund, which is expected to launch in second quarter 2022.
