Csquare, Inc., a North American digital infrastructure platform backed by Brookfield, has launched an initial public offering of 50 million shares of its common stock.
The initial public offering price is expected to be between $23 and $27 per share, and Csquare expects to receive gross proceeds of between $1.15 billion to $1.35 billion.
