Bloom Energy Corp. has priced its offering of $350 million green convertible senior notes in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers. Bloom Energy also granted the initial purchasers of the notes an option to purchase up to an additional $52.5 million principal amount of notes under certain terms.
The offering size was increased from the previously announced offering size of $250 million aggregate principal amount of notes.
Several large investors have purchased shares or modified their holdings in Bloom Energy in recent months. Quest Partners acquired 3,449 shares of the company’s stock, valued at approximately $51,000, during the fourth quarter, according to Defense World.
