Black Bear Transmission acquires Ozark pipeline and gathering system

Black Bear Transmission, a portfolio company of Basalt Infrastructure Partners II, has completed the acquisition of Ozark Gas Transmission (OGT) and Ozark Gas Gathering (OGG) from a subsidiary of Enbridge Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed.

OGT owns and operates a 367-mile, interstate natural gas pipeline transportation system that extends from southeastern Oklahoma through Arkansas to southeastern Missouri. OGT is connected to major long-haul natural gas pipelines, according to Black Bear Transmission.

The other element of the Ozark pipeline, OGG, owns and operates a fee-based, 330-mile natural gas gathering system that connects regional production into OGT’s pipeline.
