BFIN, a global independent real estate and infrastructure adviser, has rebranded as Sera Global. The name change is designed to reflect the evolution and expansion of the firm’s investment banking business into a global integrated strategic adviser.
Sera is led by global head and managing partner Leo van den Thillart, who most recently led Brookfield Asset Management’s private funds group.
Sera also has expanded its team and suite of advisory services to feature a private capital advisory offering to provide global clients — including owners, operators, general partners, sponsors, asset managers and private wealth intermediaries — a more holistic advisory offering.
