Bernhard Capital Partners is acquiring Bowman Consulting Group, a national engineering services and program management firm, in an all-cash deal valued at approximately $1 billion.
Bowman is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm offering a broad range of real estate, energy, infrastructure and environmental management solutions to both public and private clients across the country. The group delivers everything from large commercial developments and master-planned communities to local transportation projects.
Bowman went public in 2021, raising $51.7 million in funds.
