Baker Botts, a international energy, technology and life sciences law firm, announced today that Michelle Boudreaux has joined the Energy Projects and Transactions section of the Global Projects Department in the firm’s Houston office.
Boudreaux is a seasoned energy lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience providing regulatory and transactional advice to the owners and operators of petroleum liquids pipelines. She has represented clients at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the California Public Utilities Commission in contested proceedings regarding rates and terms of service. She has also provided regulatory counseling on transactions involving the acquisition and financing of pipeline assets and businesses.
Boudreaux was recognized by Chambers USA in the Nationwide Energy: Oil & Gas (Regulatory & Litigation) category and has been a frequent speaker and writer for the Energy Bar Association, the Association of Oil Pipelines and other industr
