BAI Communications (BAI) has acquired Vilicom, a company specializing in designing, installing and managing high-performance wireless networks.
Vilicom provides a range of specialist wireless services, including consulting, design, optimization, testing and systems integration to support the delivery of private, indoor and offshore networks. Customers span a range of sectors, including healthcare, real estate, retail, hospitality, energy, and mobile network operators.
BAI said this acquisition represents a major expansion of business in the United Kingdom and Europe, and strengthens the company’s global operations.
