Artera Services, one of the United States’ largest providers of integrated infrastructure services to natural gas and electric industries, has agreed to acquire Otis Eastern Service, a contractor of pipelines for midstream and utility companies throughout the Northeast and Appalachian regions.
This transaction marks the second within six months, in line with Artera’s strategy to bolster its presence in the natural gas and electric industries.
