Arcus Infrastructure Partners’ German submetering business, Officium, has announced several acquisitions throughout Germany. Officium has acquired 100 percent of the shares in W-Serv, Finron and Conferra, and 100 percent of the submetering assets of Dorsch and Varys.
W-Serv is a submetering provider based in the historic German towns of Zeitz and Recklinghausen, serving about 10,000 dwellings. The business predominantly generates recurring revenue from device rentals and metering services. Finron, based in Leipzig, is a submetering provider serving 11,000 dwellings, and Conferra, based in Dortmund, is a submetering provider serving 2,300 dwellings.
Dorsch is a submetering provider based in Salzgitter, with the acquisition covering its submetering assets only. The business will continue to be operated at Officium’s CALMESS location in Salzgitter, with personnel transferring as part of the transaction to ensure continuity for the existing customer base.
