Arcus Infrastructure Partners has acquired Officium, an independent submetering and energy services provider, from funds advised by EMERAM Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Officium was founded as a platform investment by funds advised by EMERAM in 2020. Throughout the past two years, Officium has built one of the leading independent metering and energy service providers for Germany’s housing industry. Customers are primarily small and medium-sized property management companies and private landlords. The company currently services more than 1 million meters.
