Arcus-backed FixMap takes ownership of Polish FTTH operator

Arcus Infrastructure Partners’ Polish fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) operator, FixMap, has acquired Stimo.Net, a FTTH operator and internet service provider based in the Podkarpackie and Mazowieckie provinces of Poland.

FixMap was established through a highly active buy-and-build strategy. The company operates through local subsidiaries, covering approximately 396,000 homes passed, with some 123,000 homes connected across Poland. FixMap subsidiaries are both ISPs and network operators, and seven of these subsidiaries also provide wholesale services to Orange Polska, the leading telecommunications provider in Poland.

Stimo.Net has a network coverage of approximately 16,000 homes passed and roughly 9,000 homes connected across Poland. The location of Stimo.Net’s network in the Podkarpackie and Mazowieckie regions is adjacent to the networks of three existing FixMap subsidiaries.
