Arcus-backed FixMap acquires Internet Union in Poland

FixMap, a Polish fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) operator and portfolio company of Arcus Infrastructure Partners’ Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 3 (AEIF3), has acquired Internet Union, a southwestern Polish FTTH operator and internet service provider (ISP). Financial terms were not disclosed.

FixMap was founded in 2018 and operates through local subsidiaries, covering approximately 279,000 homes, with some 100,000 homes connected across Poland. FixMap subsidiaries include both ISPs and network operators. Seven of these subsidiaries currently provide wholesale services to Orange Polska, the leading telecommunications provider in Poland.

In late 2024, AEIF3 acquired a majority interest in FixMap. Internet Union represents the 21st acquisition for FixMap and the first acquisition under AEIF3’s ownership.
