Arcus agrees to second AEIF4 investment in TrueNoord

Arcus Infrastructure Partners has announced the agreement to acquire 74 percent of TrueNoord. The acquisition is the second investment for Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 4 SCSp (AEIF4), which successfully reached its €3 billion ($3.5 billion) hard cap in December 2025, following a seven-month fundraising period.
