ArcLight Capital Partners has had another successful month of fundraising for ArcLight Energy Partners Fund VI, raising $900 million since early January after raising $800 million in the month prior, bringing the fund’s total haul to $2.47 billion, according to a filing with the SEC.
The fund invests in pipelines, storage, terminals, electric transmission, and production of oil and natural gas in North America. It launched in the latter half of 2014, reportedly seeking a $4 billion haul that would make its final close bigger than its predecessor’s $3.3 billion close in 2011.
