Arcadis has appointed Ben Harris in the new role of U.K. climate change and sustainability director, demonstrating the company’s commitment to its climate response.
Harris is an experienced senior manager and strategy adviser specializing in sustainable development and climate change. He has proven experience in successfully building and leading large teams to achieve business growth aims.
For the past three years, he has managed the funding and investment deployment of Europe’s largest Climate Innovation Program, EIT Climate-KIC, with responsibility for the program’s strategy and funding allocation from the European Commission of more than €200 million ($236 million) of funding across 28 countries.
