Apollo Global Management has brought a new fund to market — Apollo Infrastructure Opportunities Fund III (AIOF III) — according to a June 29 filing with the SEC.
The fund is investing in mid-market infrastructure assets primarily across communications, power and renewables, and transportation.
A fundraising target was not disclosed, and Apollo could not be reached to comment on its fundraising activities.
The previous fund in the series, Apollo Infrastructure Opportunities Fund II (AIOF II), held its final close in January 2022 with $2.54 billion in capital commitments.
