APG Asset Management has taken ownership of Swedish onshore wind farm developer Vasa Vind from U.K. investment firm Asper Investment Management.
Since it was established in 2013, Vasa Vind has developed and built large-scale onshore wind projects in Sweden with capacity of 337 megawatts. Throughout the past eight years, Asper has mobilized more than €400 million ($471 million) of investment in new-build sustainable energy projects with Vasa Vind.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
