Joerg Ulrich has been named chief growth officer at APCOA, a European parking operator.
Ulrich has been with APCOA since 2014, holding several senior leadership positions — most recently serving as group director strategic sales and alliances. His promotion follows the departure of Frank van der Sant, who left the organization in May.
Ulrich will now be responsible for leveraging the existing sales capabilities, the portfolio management, and the analytical tools to strengthen the company’s market position and to unlock new revenue streams.
“In my new position, I will work with our teams to realize APCOA’s numerous market opportunities,” said Ulrich. “More specifically, we will expand value-added services and digital infrastructures at parking locations to meet the evolving needs of customers, all kinds of investors and property owners, municipalities, and mobility providers.”
