Houston’s TRG Datacenters changes hands

Antarctica Infrastructure Partners (AIP), the dedicated infrastructure investment arm of Antarctica Capital, has sold TRG Datacenters to Tallvine Partners, an independent investment adviser focused on value-added middle-market infrastructure opportunities. Financial terms were not disclosed.

TRG is a digital infrastructure platform based in Houston, serving enterprise, hosting, cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) customers. TRG owns and operates a fault-tolerant data center in Houston, which has maintained 100 percent uptime since its delivery in 2018. The facility serves more than 150 local and national retail colocation and wholesale customers and has experienced significant growth under AIP’s ownership.

AIP supported TRG in securing an additional 24 megawatts of power capacity, advancing its digital marketing strategy and strengthening its operational foundation to become a premier colocation platform in the market.
