Anesco, a renewables developer and service provider in the United Kingdom, has launched its first subsidiary outside the U.K., Anesco Netherlands.
Wouter Beerten, who brings 12 years of experience in the solar and utilities sector, will head up the business as director from its newly opened office in Amsterdam. Wouter is planning to build a local team to secure and deliver a pipeline of large-scale solar and energy-storage projects, while also growing Anesco’s operation and maintenance service offering in the Dutch market.
Mark Futyan, CEO of Anesco described the opening of the new office as “a milestone moment,” representing the start of a strategic European expansion program, which the firm believes will target significant growth in the next few years.
