Ancala Partners has sold its two solar power plant portfolios in the United Kingdom to Arjun Infrastructure Partners for an undisclosed sum, the company announced on May 31.
The portfolios comprise 21 solar parks with a combined capacity of 97 megawatts, located across the United Kingdom.
In 2016, Ancala structured and financed the portfolios’ development and has overseen operations since, including the installation of utility-scale batteries across several of the sites.
