AMP Capital Investors has raised approximately $2.7 billion for its Infrastructure Debt Fund IV, according to an SEC Form D filing.
Launched in 2018, the firm is looking to raise $3.5 billion in capital commitments for the fund. It has received commitments from 14 investors to date.
The previous fund in the series, Infrastructure Debt Fund III, closed in August 2017 with $2.5 billion of equity. The 10-year closed-end fund was seeking to make 10-15 mezzanine debt investments across OECD countries.
As of December 2018, AMP Capital, a global investment management platform, had $20.3 billion in assets under management
