Allianz’s Allianz Global Investors has raised $270 million at the first close of an Asia Pacific infrastructure credit fund, according to Morningstar and other media outlets.
The fund will focus on infrastructure investments across the Asia Pacific region, targeting sectors including renewable energy, digital infrastructure, transport and environmental assets. The fund is targeting a final close in 2027, as Allianz Global Investors expands its private credit platform in Asia amid growing infrastructure financing needs and gaps in traditional bank lending, reported VCCirc
