Connecticut-based Alinda Capital Partners has opened a fourth infrastructure fund to investors, according to an SEC Form D filed Nov. 30.

The previous fund in the series, Alinda Infrastructure Fund III, had raised $1 billion against its target of $4 billion as of 2018, according to IREI’s FundTracker database. In June 2020, the firm made its first exit with the sale of its interest in Energy Assets Group, the largest independent provider of industrial and commercial gas metering services in the United Kingdom.
